Returns and Refunds
We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience, except in the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries.
If you do not receive an email confirming your order or informing you of shipping, we will not contact you separately.

Please note that if the product is returned due to refusal to accept it or long-term absence, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, payment fee, and packaging fee.
Regarding defective products and incorrect deliveries
If it is determined that the damage to the product or the wrong product is the responsibility of our shop,
We will handle returns and refunds.
We cannot accept returns of products due to the presence or absence of shrink wrap (transparent film) or damage.
The quantity and condition of the product contents are not covered by the warranty.
We cannot accept returns of products due to damage to the exterior.
Please contact our shop within 3 days of receiving the product.
We cannot respond to inquiries made after 3 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Application of the cooling off period
As stipulated by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, the cooling-off period does not apply to sales at this shop.
The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect customers from forced sales, such as hard sell tactics used in door-to-door sales, and does not apply to mail order sales (including internet sales) where customers are able to consider making a purchase of their own volition.
