About Shipping
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
(All shipping operations are suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
Please note that orders received during holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.
This does not apply to shipping delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive and are inspected.
In addition, the delivery date for the same product may be different depending on the international flight arrival and departure status.
For large volume shipments, it may be difficult to ship in the order of order date and time in order to streamline shipping and packaging operations.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.
In the case of long holidays such as summer holidays or New Year holidays, we will inform you of each holiday.
About Shipping
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport and Japan Post.
Shipping: Free shipping nationwide for purchases totaling 3,000 yen or more (tax included).
If your total purchase amount is less than 3,000 yen, we will charge a flat rate of 298 yen nationwide.
You can find the tracking number for your delivered item in the shipping completion email.
We do not accept requests for specific delivery companies.
If you would like to have your package delivered to a post office or Yamato branch office, please specify this in the comments section when placing your order.
