<Regarding returns and exchanges> With the exception of some products, our store will accept returns only for customers purchasing a single card for the first time, if you are not satisfied with the condition of the product, even if it meets our condition standards.

*If our store finds a defect, we will handle the issue regardless of whether it is the first purchase of a single card.

*For high-value items, we take detailed photos of the card's condition just before shipping to prevent fraud. If we determine that the photo we took and the photo you provided are of different items, we will refuse to accept returns or refunds even if it is your first time using the card.

*This return and refund policy applies only if you are not satisfied with the condition of the product. Please note that it does not apply to returns for any other reasons.
