[Rose] Japanese version of Gym Challenge: The First Three (Blue) (2008)

This is a limited edition sleeve that was available by participating in the Gym Challenge held in Japan in 2008.
Participants received five cards as participation prizes, and additional cards were awarded depending on their ranking in the tournament.
It was also possible to obtain it in exchange for points during the "Summer Vacation Battle Campaign 2009" held in August 2009 (points could be earned by participating in tournaments, battling, and purchasing expansion packs at stores holding Gym Challenges).
