This is a limited edition sleeve included in the "Gyarados ex Premium Collection" to be released on November 3, 2023.

The design is the same as the "Premium Gloss Water Terrastar Gyarados" released in Japan on March 10, 2023, but the Japanese version is a premium gloss finish, while this product is a matte finish.
